    Risk Disclosure

Futures, Foreign Currency, Stocks and Options trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

CFTC Rules 4.41 – Hypothetical or Simulated performance results have certain limitations, unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown. See risk disclosure.

Testimonial Disclosure: Testimonials appearing on this website may not be representative of other customers, and are not guarantees of future performance or success.

    Copy Trading - Third-Party Service

Copy Trading services made available through or in connection with the Swiset technology infrastructure are not provided, operated, managed, or controlled by Swiset. Swiset acts solely as a technology provider, providing the technical infrastructure that enables users and third parties to connect, configure, and access certain Copy Trading functionalities.

Swiset does not act as a broker, investment advisor, portfolio manager, asset manager, trading signal provider, or financial intermediary. Swiset does not provide investment, financial, legal, or trading advice and does not recommend, endorse, select, or manage any trading strategy, trader, signal provider, broker, or Copy Trading activity.

Users remain solely responsible for deciding whether to use Copy Trading services, selecting their trading settings and risk parameters, monitoring their accounts, and determining whether any strategy or service is appropriate for them.

The use of Copy Trading does not guarantee any level of performance, profitability, return, or trading result. Past performance, historical results, simulations, statistics, rankings, or results obtained by other traders or accounts are not indicative of future performance.

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk and may result in the partial or total loss of the capital deposited or allocated to a trading account. Copying another trader or strategy does not eliminate or reduce these risks. Market conditions, execution differences, latency, liquidity, account settings, leverage, slippage, technical conditions, and other factors may cause the results of a copied account to differ materially from those of the originating account or strategy.

By using any Copy Trading functionality accessible through Swiset technology, the user acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with trading and understands that Swiset shall not be responsible for trading losses, lost profits, investment decisions, strategy performance, execution results, or any financial outcome arising from the use of third-party Copy Trading services, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Any Copy Trading service may also be subject to the separate terms, conditions, policies, and regulatory requirements of the broker, service provider, strategy provider, or other third party involved. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms before using the service.
