Swiset for Props Terms of Service

We currently offer native integration and adapter support for the following trading platforms: MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), cTrader, TradeLocker, and BlackArrow.

To ensure optimal system performance and platform stability, we do not support any unofficial, modified, or deprecated versions of the aforementioned platforms.

Through a direct partnership with Spotware and Nelogica, we offer a brokerless trading environment using demo accounts via cTrader and BlackArrow, respectively, for proprietary trading businesses. Pricing and feature availability are available upon request from your assigned business development representative.

Hosting and Domain Services

For Basic Proprietary Setups, domain registration and hosting services are provided unless the client already possesses a fully operational WordPress website compatible with our system infrastructure.

For Premium Proprietary Setups, in addition to the included domain and hosting services, clients may opt to use their own domain or third-party WordPress-managed hosting plans, provided such infrastructure is compatible with our deployment standards.

Web Design

Eligibility for a commercial landing page is determined by the selected setup plan.

For Premium Proprietary Setups, clients may select from three pre-defined design templates. Upon selection, our team will develop and deploy the initial version of a WordPress-based landing page integrated with WooCommerce to support business launch. Up to three (3) minor revisions may be requested, limited to copywriting or color scheme adjustments.

Payment Gateway Integration

For Premium Proprietary Setups, we offer integration with an existing and pre-approved payment gateway, provided it maintains full compatibility with WooCommerce, as outlined in the Third-Party Providers section.

Please note that once the proprietary trading business is in production, the client assumes full responsibility for all future website modifications, marketing content, and branding updates. The provider disclaims all liability for operational or technical issues related to such changes.

If the domain or hosting services are managed externally by the client, we are not responsible for any technical issues, domain registration renewals, or hosting plan licenses. We may, however, provide recommendations for suitable third-party hosting providers (see Third-Party Providers section).

Requests falling outside the scope of the standard licensed features and components will be considered extra customizations.

While our Product Team is open to evaluating custom features, designs, or functionalities, we reserve the right to determine feasibility, scope, and conditions of approval. To initiate the evaluation process, the client must submit a detailed brief outlining the customization requirements. We will respond to such requests within ten (10) business daysfrom receipt.

Upon approval, customizations may incur additional fees and extended delivery timelines, depending on factors such as UI complexity, server architecture, platform compatibility, or third-party service dependencies.

Ongoing maintenance, updates, or feature enhancements for custom components are also subject to additional charges and may involve timeline adjustments following their deployment in a production environment.

For clients under the Premium Setup Plan, direct chat support is provided with typical response times ranging between 20 and 45 minutes for technical and dashboard-related inquiries.

Clients under other setup plans are provided with ticket-based support, ensuring responses within 1 to 3 hours, depending on the nature and volume of requests.

Please note that response times may be extended during weekends and recognized U.S. holidays due to reduced staffing. We are committed to minimizing delays and appreciate your understanding during such periods.

In the event of system outages or technical malfunctions, clients should first contact our team via direct chat or the support desk. Our Product and Support Teams are readily available to address critical issues affecting both the trader and administrative dashboards.

For problems originating from external services, clients are advised to contact the respective service providers directly for assistance, as these are beyond our control.

We prioritize transparency and responsiveness in our communication and are committed to swiftly addressing technical issues to ensure business continuity.

Clients are solely responsible for applying to and securing approval from any third-party providers necessary for their operations. These include, but are not limited to: payment gateways, hosting services, certification issuers, KYC verification platforms, payout processors, and financial institutions. While PFT may recommend vendors upon request, we are not responsible for submission processes or approval outcomes.

Currently, we support integrations and compatibility with the following third-party services:

  • Any WooCommerce-compatible PSP (Payment Service Provider)
  • Certifier or Accredible for funded and payout certifications
  • TrackDesk for affiliate program management
  • Hostinger for hosting infrastructure

Any additional third-party service not listed above may require further evaluation, resource allocation, and budget/time planning.

Furthermore, the use of external providers—including trading platforms, KYC systems, hosting solutions, certificate generators, and payment gateways—may result in issues that impact the user experience. Such issues, along with their resolution timelines and severity, are outside the scope of our support and will not be covered by our team.

The management and operation of your proprietary trading business are solely your responsibility. While we may provide referrals to allied agencies, outsourced partners, or external service providers, the ongoing oversight of daily operations, customer support, marketing, and sales must be handled entirely by your internal team.

Our infrastructure is designed to scale alongside the growth of your business, ensuring sufficient server capacity and system resources. However, please note that such scalability is interdependent with broker, trading platform, and third-party provider infrastructure. As such, sustained performance and reliability require coordinated technical integrationand open communication with all relevant IT departments.

We strongly recommend building strategic relationships exclusively with official and supported providers, and maintaining effective coordination among all parties involved, to ensure consistent system performance and operational scalability.

The admin dashboard provides access to a variety of analytical insights and operational reports. You will be able to monitor metrics related to sales, funded accounts, and withdrawals, including but not limited to:

  • Total Sales
  • Total Funded Balance
  • Total Withdrawals
  • Challenge Activity
  • User Cohort Analytics
  • Country-Based Traffic Metrics
  • Payout Movements and Histories

Additionally, the system allows authorized users to export lists of user accounts and challenge data for internal analysisor marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations.

We utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS’s Web Application Firewall (WAF) to mitigate common web-based threats and enhance application-level security. AWS provides scalable, reliable infrastructure, while WAF offers protection by filtering and monitoring HTTP/HTTPS traffic to block unauthorized or malicious requests.

Despite these protections, our services do not include liability coverage for losses resulting from data breaches, cyberattacks, or other unauthorized intrusions. Clients are strongly encouraged to implement their own cybersecurity measures and risk mitigation protocols.

We commit to industry best practices including encryption, regular audits, and proactive threat detection. However, given the dynamic nature of cybersecurity threats, absolute prevention cannot be guaranteed, and clients accept these inherent risks upon engaging with our services.

Under the Premium Setup Plan—or as an optional add-on for other plans—clients may activate the Fraud Detection Engine, designed to identify patterns such as:

  • Copy-trading
  • Hedging
  • Grid trading
  • Multi-IP tracking

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm compatibility and expected detection capabilities in alignment with the specific broker, platform, or liquidity provider (LP) employed.

Clients interested in enabling liquidity provisioning or dealing desk services should contact their assigned sales representative for guidance on available partner integrations and enablement procedures.

Our infrastructure supports the trading of a broad range of financial instruments, including:

  • Top U.S. and Global Stocks
  • Major and Minor Currencies
  • Contract-for-Difference (CFD) instruments
  • Major Commodities
  • Leading Cryptocurrencies
  • Major Global Indices

If your selected broker or platform supports synthetic instruments or additional non-standard markets via any of our compatible trading platforms, we are open to evaluating back-office integration to facilitate their inclusion in challenge setups.

Please consult with your platform or broker for the complete list of supported instruments and market access availability.

To reduce the occurrence of chargebacks and other payment-related disputes, we recommend using third-party solutions such as Chargeflow, ClearSale, or Fingerprint. These services must be directly contracted, configured, and maintained with your chosen payment gateway provider.

Any chargeback, fraud, or reconciliation issues must be handled directly between your business and the gateway provider. We do not assume responsibility for resolving such financial matters.

Our database systems are hosted on encrypted, replicated AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring data availability, redundancy, and high reliability. We employ relational database structures that ensure transactional consistency and logical data separation between vendors.

We comply fully with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. All customer and business data are logically isolated, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessible only through authenticated, role-based permissions.
